SoprAlti der Oper Zürich (ehemals Jugendchor der Oper Zürich) ist ein unter der Leitung von Jürg
Hämmerli und Ernst Raffelsberger stehender Chor, der sich aus
rund 25 jungen Frauen zusammensetzt.
Neben der Mitwirkung an Produktionen der Oper, finden auch eigene
Konzerte ausserhalb des Opernbetriebes statt.
The Zurich Opera House Chorus SoprAlti (former Youth Chorus) was formed in 2002 by a small number of former members of the Children's Chorus. It has developed and has become an inherent part of the Opera alongside the Zurich Opera House Chorus, the Supplementary Chorus and the Children's Chorus and it performs also in concerts outside of the Opera House. The Chorus is composed by about 25 young women and led by the choirmasters Jürg Hämmerli and Ernst Raffelsberger.
